I would absolutely like to testify to my complete satisfaction when I buy a Thunberg Pine bonsai. I was very well advised, by text and on the phone. The tree arrived in perfect condition by Géodis, I particularly admired the trick of the inner tube ties to keep the pine in its crate! Super clever!

The bonsai arrived safely, in very good condition and beautiful :). On the other hand, the delivered jar was broken (cracked on its width and broken on the side) when opening the package just after its delivery, as shown in the attached photo.
Can you plan to replace the pot?
