The oak is an emblematic tree of our countryside and yet it is a deciduous bonsai that is not so common. Its growth is very slow and it takes years of good cultivation in the open field to form a trunk. The oak is a powerful and robust tree and its aesthetic interest lies in the ability to give the image of this venerable old man. Over time, the young, smooth bark cracks, the main branches grow larger and larger. The oak tree in bonsai is really a school of patience and the ones we offer you have at least 20 years of cultivation, more than 30 years for the oldest. That's why we unfortunately don't see it much at bonsai shows.
