Production of French Bonsai
Join us in Toulouse on October 10 and 11 !
On October 10th and 11th, we’ll be leaving our nursery in Lot-et-Garonne for the weekend and heading to Toulouse!
We are delighted to be taking part in Bonsaï en Occitanie the French Bonsai Federation’s regional exhibition, organized by Bonsaï Toulouse at the Maison des Associations.
A fantastic bonsai-filled weekend lies ahead... and, above all, a great opportunity to come and meet us!
Bonsaï Galinou is making the trip to Toulouse.
We always particularly enjoy exhibitions. Throughout the year, we interact with many of you via phone, email, or social media, yet we don't always get the chance to meet in person.
This time, we will !
We’ll be bringing a selection of bonsai from our own French stock trees we have been cultivating at our nursery for years. We’ll have a variety of species and styles, ranging from well-developed specimens to trees ready for further shaping and refinement over time.
We aim to offer the most diverse selection possible... though, as always before an exhibition, the hardest part will undoubtedly be deciding exactly which trees to load onto the truck !
And if you already know Bonsaï Galinou through our online shop, please don't hesitate to come by and say hello. We would be delighted to finally put faces to the names we see so often on our orders !
A weekend entirely dedicated to bonsai and Japan
This event will also be an opportunity to discover stunning trees showcased at the FFB Regional Exhibition and to enjoy the many activities planned over the two days.
The schedule is packed, featuring bonsai demonstrations including one by Olivier Barreau as well as various activities celebrating Japanese culture.
From tea ceremonies, origami, and kintsugi to workshops and lectures, there will be plenty of ways to explore every facet of the bonsai world and have a great time, whether you are a long-time enthusiast or simply curious.
Several professionals, growers, and artisans will also be present throughout the weekend.

In the meantime, all that’s left for us to do is select the trees that will be making the trip with us !
